Arlinghaus is currently looking for Customer Service Representatives to join us in our brand new state of the art facility to continue to grow with our business. Job Responsibilities:

Schedule and coordinate appointments

Assist other CSR’s with answering phone lines

Perform follow up calls on all pending and recommended work

Consult with team to ensure our schedule is booked to capacity

Other duties as assigned

Human Resources Assistant

Summary/Objective

The human resource assistant is responsible for assisting the HR Manager in the administration of all aspects of human resources (i.e., payroll, reviewing applications, orientation, benefits, etc.). Arlinghaus prefer the candidate be self-motivated, dependable, and possess excellent people, written communication, and verbal skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responds to external HR inquiries for reference checks and verifications of employment status
  • Sets interviews, arranges meetings, and supports various company events
  • Provides customer service to internal employees
  • Processing incoming mail
  • Compiling presentations, reports, and spreadsheets
  • Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, organizing resumes and job applications, performing background checks, drug screenings, etc.
  • Assists with orientation and onboarding new employees
  • Facilitating payroll, resolutions to any payroll errors, enter and maintain garnishments and liens
  • Maintaining records related to performance reviews and disciplinary actions
  • Initiate, track and enter annual evaluations/pay changes in a timely manner
  • Preparation and distribution of employee engagement items (birthday/anniversary lists, discounts, etc.)
  • Assist with benefit plan eligibility, reviewing benefits with employees and processing enrollments, changes and cancellations; annual open enrollment; monitoring invoices; reconciling employee deductions and approving invoices for payment.
  • Maintain confidential records and personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, vacation, etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met
  • Completing termination paperwork
  • Performing payroll reconciliations and HR file audits
  • Assists the manager with HR projects
  • Assist as a backup assistant to Owners, General Manager, and CFO
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Two or more years combined experience in administrative clerical role and/or human resources
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality
  • Ability to work with a team or individually
  • Experience in handling confidential business matters and information with discretion
  • Approachable and appropriate interacting with staff at all levels in a rapidly changing environment
  • Microsoft Office experience, strong Excel skills
  • Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently
  • Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality
  • Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and must be able to improve performance through management feedback
