Just got a phone call from Tom & Sheila E. telling me how great of a job Steve & Jeff did today on their install. Not only did they fully communicate the new system in great detail, but they cleaned up after themselves. They will be telling everyone that will listen what a great job we did for them.

All individuals that I have dealt with who are associated with Arlinghaus have been great, especially Tom Owens. Tom spent almost 4 hours at my house not only making sure which furnace would be best, but also discussing all aspects of what would be done in the process of installing a new furnace. Tom was extremely knowledgeable, explained everything in details that were understandable, but best of all explained all my options without pushing one option over another. I felt very comfortable talking with him & listening to the ends ant outs of purchasing a new furnace. I highly recommend him and will recommend him & Arlinghaus to all my friends and acquaintances.

David from Arlinghaus Plumbing, heating and air conditioning did an outstanding job servicing our system today. He did a very thorough job of tuning up our service. Provided observations and several options for me to consider without any hard sell. Our HVAC system is prepared for the fall and winter seasons. This gives us peace of mind that our home is warm and comfortable during the winter months. Highly recommend Arlinghaus to all my family and friends. I was able to make an appointment online at night and the whole crew was out the next day to resolve my issue (plumbing related). Everyone was super professional, explained what was going on, and was very respectful when they had questions for me. Will definitely keep Arlinghaus as a go to for plumbing issues going forward. Scott, Austin, and the apprentice Austin had with him (I didn’t write down his name, unfortunately) were so great to me and made the whole experience stress free.

Justin and his assistant did a great job installing my new furnace/AC unit! They were knowledgeable, and professional and explained operating instructions clearly. Needing a new unit is never a pleasant experience, but they made it very easy for me. Thank you, Justin. I recommend Arlinghaus highly and will most certainly use them in the future.

Working with Arlinghaus and Scott was a wonderful experience. They run a very professional operation. I called on a Monday morning for a water heater replacement, they arrived to quote the job later that day, and the water heater was installed on Friday. To top it off, I live an hour from their shop! Everyone I dealt with was friendly, honest, and professional. I would absolutely recommend Arlinghaus and plan on using them again for future projects.

They were prompt in scheduling our first visit, and very communicative via phone calls & text to confirm appointment times and verify the timing for the technician's arrival.
