I was referred to Arlinghaus by my manager at work and after using their service. I know why, their professionalism and promptness was second to none! I purchased an HVAC system from them and would do so again Billy was my technician he showed me exactly the problems I had. Greg and Nate were my installers, Linda even did follow up to make sure I was happy with our new system. Great buying experience, I would recommend them to anyone.

I finally had to break down and buy a new system. Jake was great and helped in any way he could to make that happen. Tyler C & Tyler G were my installers. They were professional, patient and answered all of my questions.

Called Arlinghaus heating and air mid-morning, advising them my AC had quit working and when could they come and take a look at it. This was Monday morning temperature in high 80's. They advised me they could be here by late afternoon. That sounded great to me. Andy who made the service call was super nice very pleasant to talk with about my AC not running in 80° weather.. within less than 1 hour he had me up and running with cold air, very satisfied. And cost was within reason. $$. I would not have any problem calling Arlinghaus Heating and Air again.

I was nervous about having anyone in our home due to Covid-19. The techs arrived with masks, foot coverings, gloves. Very professional and knowledgeable.

We were extremely happy with the excellent customer service and professionalism of the Arlinghaus HVAC employees we recently had the pleasure of working with. When the air conditioner in our home recently quit we contacted Arlinghaus and scheduled a time for a sales rep to meet with us, assess our HVAC and go over our options. Brian was prompt, very professional, knowledgable, and forthcoming. There was no pressure, he listened to us, provided several options for our consideration, and scheduled us for the following day. The installers, Tyler C., Tyler G., and Conner, and equipment arrived early and the work began promptly at 8 AM as scheduled. The men were very professional, worked efficiently, cleaned up, explained the equipment, and answered all of our questions. Everyone we dealt with from Arlinghaus was pleasant, and very respectful. We will definitely recommend Arlinghaus to our family and friends. Thanks Brian, Tyler, Tyler, and Conner!

Requested a quote for new water line for a refrigerator install soon. Max was prompt to call and let me know that an earlier opening had presented itself in his schedule and that he could be out within the hour. Normally traffic can hit or miss around where I love, so I was pleasantly surprised when he arrived within the hour. He and I partnered together to figure out a solution and he provided me with three options at three different price points; even included an option that was not guaranteed (to reflect my original plan minus safety / maintenance prevention measures). I enjoyed the fact that he was up front about the costs and the potential impact to the house that the labor would entail…. Even gave multiple scenarios.

Tyler Faulkner was my technician today, servicing both my heating and air conditioning system. He was very meticulous and kept me informed through each step of the service process. I’ve used Arlinghaus for many years including before having them replace my old heating and air system in 2014. They have always been a great company to work with, and Tyler was confirmation of their continuing high standards and pride they take in the work they do. Arlinghaus is my only recommendation to anyone looking for heating and air service. Thanks Tyler.
