Tyler Faulkner was my technician today, servicing both my heating and air conditioning system. He was very meticulous, and kept me informed through each step of the service process. I've used Arlinghaus for many years including before having them replace my old heating and air system in 2014. They have always been a great company to work with, and Tyler was confirmation of their continuing high standards and pride they take in the work they do. Arlinghaus is my only recommendation to anyone looking for heating and air service. Thanks Tyler.

I had my annual furnace tuneup today and the service specialist, Bobby Pence, was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He explained everything as he did it and made sure I understood all. Arlinghaus is wonderful to work with and their prices are good. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Andy stopped by to give me an estimate for a water line replacement. He was great! He was very professional and took his time explaining the job details. When he was finished he gave me a no pressure estimate for the job.

We had a new HVAC unit installed today! Nobody wants to write that check but after going through an emergency service call after hours with Don Weaver, a sales process with Jake Neal, and an install with Doug Keith and Tyler Gehring... Jordan and his companion were excellent, the spent time gong through everything and discussing ideas and options for me (this was a service call on a newly purchased house) I was so impressed I signed up for the service contract. Very pleased with this companies. It is good to trust good reviews.

Background: My system is a 25 year old base model Trane. I've had service on it about every 3-5 years to recharge the R22. Several times, it has been recommended to replace and upgrade to a whole new unit, at substantial cost. Each time I opted for the repair, but to use someone else for the next service do to the pressuring tactics for the big ticket sale. My Arlinghaus experience began with a very friendly greeting from the receptionist Christy, followed by the explanation of charges and the setting of the appointment. Service Pro Billy H. arrived on time as promised. He Asked several probing questions, which I answered all while waiting for the "it's time to replace the whole unit pitch" that never came. Billy pointed out several issues with my system some of which I was already aware of and some I was not. After assessing the system he presented me with options based around the possible life left in the existing unit and the ending of the availability of R22 in roughly 18mos. Billy remained unbiased while I contemplated my course of action, including when I elected to roll the dice and opt for repairing and recharging my existing unit. It's this type of honest no pressure service experience that will factor heavily in my decision who to trust when it comes time to replace the unit. Thank you Bill H., Christy, and Arlinghaus Heating and Air. Sept. 2019 Update: Thanks to the work that Bill H. performed last year. My a/c and furnace survived another year. However, as anticipated we have re-arrived at the crossroads of repair or replace. Our appointment today with Don W. Went very smoothly. He communicated his arrival time and arrived as expected. Much like Bill H, Don W. was very respectful and provided an array of informed solutions for us to choose from. No one ever wants the untimely expense of replacing their furnace and A/C, but thanks to the efforts of the Arlinghaus team we are better prepared.

We ran into the problem with our kitchen faucet. I get in contact with Arlinghaus plumbing and they reply quickly respond to our needs. In one hour Mr. Roy Brinegar shows up at our front door and in 45 minutes he fixed our faucet problem. We are very happy with his diagnosis and professional work with great attitude. It’s a happy house again

Thanks greg Collins Professional work. New heat pump A/C , dual fuel furnace, media filter,Aprilaire humidifier, Reme•Halo Air purification system, new thermostat with WiFi . These guys are real professionals. Good job Arlinghause!
