Simply submit a photo of your old, worn-out, rusty, or downright ugly furnace for a chance to WIN a new furnace. Whether it’s decades old, held together by duct tape, or just plain ugly, we want to see it!

Cincinnati’s Ugliest Furnace Contest — Official Rules
Presented By: Arlinghaus Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning & Electrical.
Entry Period: September 1, 2026 – November 5, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.
Eligibility: Open to legal residents 18+ who own a home within our service area (Greater Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, and Southeast Indiana). Employees and their immediate family members are not eligible. One entry per household.
How to Enter: Submit a photo of the furnace currently installed in your home, along with your name, address, phone, and email, at [entry form link]. No purchase necessary. Entry is free.
Winner Selection: This is a contest of skill and judgment, not a random drawing. A panel will judge entries on overall “ugliness,” including visible age, wear, and condition. Winner will be selected and notified by phone or email by [November 12, 2026]. Finalists may be featured in a public vote on social media, which the judges may consider.
Prize: One (1) new furnace, professionally installed by Arlinghaus, approximate furnace only retail value up to $9,000. Model selected by Arlinghaus, based on the winner’s home. No cash substitution. Winner is responsible for any upgrades, such as adding thermostat, air conditioner, accesories, warranty, or similar and all applicable taxes and permit fees. Winner’s home and existing equipment must permit safe, code-compliant installation in a residential home.
Photo & Publicity Release: By entering, you grant Arlinghaus the right to use your submitted photo, name, and likeness in contest-related marketing without additional compensation. By accepting the prize, winner agrees to participate in a winner announcement and installation photos/video.
General: Arlinghaus reserves the right to disqualify incomplete or ineligible entries and to modify or cancel the contest if it cannot run as planned. Void where prohibited.
