Tim Marsh called in wanting to give commendation and praise to Andy Caudill. He said that Andy goes above and beyond and is top tier. He said Andy along with the whole plumbing team that he leads. Bradford Short called in and wanted to let us know that Darion was very professional and needs a raise!! He said Darion is an overall great guy!!! Bradford had a stroke and Darion was super awesome to him!!!

I wanted to let everyone know that Ginger Roberto called in to give a compliment to Ben Nishime.  She had 4 other plumbing companies before she went with us because Ben listened to her and advocated for her with this being an issue with her neighbor's property. She said she was so grateful that he listened to her, advocated for her and believed in her!  Way to Go Ben!

Thomas called in to let us know that he had the same HVAC company for over 30 years and after the wonderful plumbing experience he had with us 2 years ago he decided to give us a try for HVAC, and his neighbors recommended us.  He said that everyone in Customer Service and dispatch are so pleasant.  He said that Tyler Faulkner was excellent with explaining what he needed to have done and was extremely polite and respectful.  He said Max did an excellent job on explaining our processes and walking him through the whole experience.  He said Shane W and his team were  polite and respectful and that he walked through with how to use the thermostat and system and that they were so clean that the only other person that has left his home that clean was his housekeeper.  He said that it is very hard to earn his respect and we have become his only company for plumbing and HVAC because of how hard we all work and how respectful we are.  He said everyone he has encountered is so nice.  It is so important to make that first impression count because it leads to so much more! Great Job team!

Jesse & Cory came out on Friday & hooked up our new hot water tank. Very professional & did a great job with install. Took their time & made sure everything was to our satisfaction before they left. Highly recommend!

Scott Thomas did an excellent job repairing multiple things in our home and was very trustworthy. We recently purchased a home that needs a lot of work, and have not used a plumber in the area before – we definitely lucked out choosing this company, and will be long time customers. Just got a phone call from Tom & Sheila E. telling me how great of a job Steve & Jeff did today on their install. Not only did they fully communicate the new system in great detail, but they cleaned up after themselves. They will be telling everyone that will listen what a great job we did for them.

All individuals that I have dealt with who are associated with Arlinghaus have been great, especially Tom Owens. Tom spent almost 4 hours at my house not only making sure which furnace would be best, but also discussing all aspects of what would be done in the process of installing a new furnace. Tom was extremely knowledgeable, explained everything in details that were understandable, but best of all explained all my options without pushing one option over another. I felt very comfortable talking with him & listening to the ends ant outs of purchasing a new furnace. I highly recommend him and will recommend him & Arlinghaus to all my friends and acquaintances.
