I am new to heat pumps, so Mitch took the time to explain the operation of heat pumps in general, and my system in particular. He answered all my questions, and was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. I will use Arlinghaus for all my HVAC needs.

This is an update to my review! last night we had a flooded basement and called Arlinghaus and they had someone here within a couple of hours to help us out of our dilemma! Roy came in his attitude was awesome! he helped us through explained everything to us and the water started receding quickly! I would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs! Nick did a great job communicating with us about his arrival. He did a great job on keeping me informed during his time here on what he was doing and why! Called for a winter furnace checkup. Appointment confirmed snd updates by text and phone just as promised. Call from Drew, the technician 30 minutes before service. Showed up as scheduled, mask and shoe coverings and explained the time frame and procedure. Cleaned and examined thoroughly. Consult after from Drew. He was awesome!

Kevin arrived on time, after his phone call. He evaluated our problem clogged drain, unclogged the drain, and told us the reason it keeps clogging up. He's the first plumber to do that, after 4 others have worked on it. Arlinghaus is a great HVAC/Plumbing company with professional technicians. Thank you very much!
