Chris Mazor was absolutely fantastic! I had never used this company before as I am relatively new to the area and was nervous about the cost of repairs as well as wanting to make sure I wasn't getting ripped off by my obvious lack of HVAC knowledge. Their pricing was extremely reasonable (lower than average in the area) and Chris took time explaining what everything meant, what he was checking, and why he was checking it. It was such a good experience for something that was so dreaded, and I will be using them for any/ all issues or maintenance needs in the future.
