I have worked with Arlinghaus twice now for two different plumbing issues (one of which turned out to be a major plumbing emergency). Their technicians (Max and Roy specifically) have been incredibly helpful, pleasant, fair, and most importantly, honest. I went with a major local competitor for an entire HVAC replacement before I'd worked with Arlinghaus and I regret that now. When any kind of heating, cooling, or plumbing problem arises in my home, Arlinghaus will always be my first call. Their customer service representative I spoke with today to schedule service was excellent as well! I also like how involved they are in our local community, supporting local schools and making other meaningful contributions to the community means a lot to me and makes me feel good about patronizing this business.

Arlinghaus Heating and Air removed my 15-20 yr old heat pump and air handler and did an amazing job. I’m impressed with their friendly and professional staff who were all very helpful and informative. I’ll recommend Arlinghaus Heating and Air to all.

We had a very bad clog in the home, with plumbing that was not the easiest to work with. Roy did a great job and finally was able to clear the line! Very reasonable pricing and very friendly services.

Follow up! In addition to the review below I went with Arlinghaus again. This time I got Tyler and he was incredible. Great communication, answered all the dumb questions guys always ask, and provided a ton of good insight. Will keep using. Bobby Pence made this company and this review 5 Stars. The experience of having no AC on a 90 plus degree day and thinking you’re about to dump your pocket book on repairs is a bit stressful. Bobby had the info you needed and was so knowledgeable. He walked through options, talked future, and handled everything with extreme professionalism. Great job Bobby and great hire by Arlinghaus. PS It was between you and [REDACTED]. Y’all answered the call, were extremely kind over the phone, and offered to have someone there same day or next day. You also empathized knowing it was a hot day. Y’all are expensive which is to be expected but you backed it up today and I appreciate that.

Matt Wenz was the technician that came to my house, he was very nice, explained everything to me & did a good job. I am very happy with Arlinghaus.

The Arlinghaus representative was not only punctual but wore a mask and shoe covers when he entered our home. He was respectful, courteous, professional, experienced, knowledgeable and efficient. He knew exactly what our problems were and knew how to fix them. I give him the highest rating. A+++, 5 stars , all that.

The technician was very knowledgeable, kind, and gave me options for the issue we had. He also made recommendations regarding our home warranty before just offering to fix the issue which was very much appreciated because it looks like our home warranty will cover the repairs.

I called for an AC tune-up. Kyle the tech called when he was 30 mins to arrival. He checked out the furnace and then the outside unit. Told me what he did when he was done and asked if I had any questions about anything. I am real happy with everything and will use them going forward.

Arlinghaus is always prompt, professional (while still being casual and down to earth), and courteous. The price will be high, but they'll stand behind their work and provide every option available throughout the process. You're not going to get this level of service for a low price.
