My heating went out on Sunday 1/5/2020 so I called Arlinghaus heating and air and in less then 24 hours I had a new unit. I would like to thank Ryan Randolph and Tyler Clark for their timely manner and the extreme knowledge. These 2 gentlemen work together like a well oiled machine, they make an excellent team. By the time they left I knew a lot about the system they installed. Very well mannered young men. I moved into a new house in October of 2020 and the furnace went out so I had Arlinghaus come and install a new unit in this house and as usual they did a fantastic job. I want to thank Tyler Gering and Nate Erpenbeck for doing such a wonderful job in a very timely manner. Very knowledgeable and very professional.

Arlinghaus replaced a partial pipe under our foundation. The guys were very professional. The communication was excellent. When they finished the job they supplied the paperwork necessary to file all necessary insurance claims. They also cleaned up and left our kitchen better than they found it.

I have been using Arlinghaus Heating & Air Conditioning for the past few years, and they always provide A+ service. Before using Arlinghaus, I had a bad experience with a well known company that sold me a new A/C unit. After purchasing the A/C unit, I was very upset to find out that I was sold a model, which required a soon-to-be banned Freon. And - it gets worse. In just a few years, the outside motor burnt out, the fan blades melted, and they stuck to the top of the unit. I wasn't about to call the same company. A neighbor recommended Arlinghaus, and that is when I found out that the previous company sold me ONLY the outside half of an A/C system. I wasted over $3,000 for just an outside unit, which didn't even last 5 years. Arlinghaus did an excellent job installing the new A/C, and I bought a new furnace as well. In the process of removing the old A/C unit inside the house, and reconfiguring some of the pipes, one of my walls was scratched up. Arlinghaus returned a couple days later, and they repaired and painted the wall. Nice!! They have a great service plan, and I like the fact that they contact me when maintenance is due and that is one less thing I have to keep track of. Great company! I would recommend them to anyone 🙂

Arlinghaus installed a new high efficiency furnace and ac unit at my home. My Comfort Consultant Bryan arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and courteous, listened to my needs and provided me with options that were easy to understand with price quotes with no hidden costs. When I selected my option, that is what I paid. It was that easy. The installation went without a hitch. Both Brad and Logan were very professional and courteous. They set everything up, took out all the old equipment, explained to me how to use my new thermostat and answered any questions I had. They even provided me with a plugin smoke/ CO/ natural gas alarm. This is how I expect a business should treat their customer and Arlinghaus met every expectation! Give them a try and you'll see what I mean.
