Since 2021, we’ve proudly offered free training courses to aspiring HVAC technicians through what is known as the “Arlinghaus University Apprenticeship Program.” After graduating from the program, all apprentices are given full-time jobs with the company. Arlinghaus University Apprenticeship Program

There has been an extremely high demand in the trade industry for many years, which means there’s a great need for highly-trained and certified HVAC technicians within the industry. That’s why the Arlinghaus University Apprenticeship Program was created.
Applying for the apprenticeship doesn’t require any previous experience — which may be reassuring news if you’ve never worked in the heating and cooling industry. Anyone can apply to the program, whether they’re a recent high school graduate or someone looking for a career change. The five-month training period includes classroom instruction and in-field training that allows participants to learn while being compensated for their schooling.
Once apprentices have completed the five months of training and classes, they are given a certificate from Arlinghaus as well as a NexTech certification.
HVAC System Installation Savings
